Senior Kian Mitchell along with 8 other Austin area high school classical guitarists were contacted in July 2024 and invited to collaborate on a musical project with Pepe Romero that culminated in 4 sold out concerts last weekend. Pepe Romero is a world renowned classical guitarist and the Austin Classical Guitar artist in residence for the year.

Kian performed with Pepe Romero as part of the Palmer Studio ensemble and in the finale with all the guitarists together. So impressive, way to represent, Kian!
